Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist focused on lead generation, performance optimization, and pipeline growth. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality lead acquisition across organic and paid channels, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging SEO, media buying, marketing automation, and AI-driven insights. While collaborating with content, creative, and events teams, your primary focus will be on leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization
  • Own and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Build, manage, and optimize lead nurture campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Conduct A/B testing across email, landing pages, and campaigns to improve performance.
  • Optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints.
Media Buying & Paid Acquisition
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize cost efficiency and lead quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for lower CPL and higher conversion rates.
SEO, Content & Web Optimization
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and lead acquisition.
  • Write and optimize blog content aligned with the keyword strategy and demand-generation goals.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages and website content with a focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Newsletter & Email Marketing
  • Own the newsletter strategy and execution, including content planning, creation, and distribution.
  • Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to continuously improve engagement.
  • Align email content with broader lead nurture and demand generation campaigns.
Data Analytics & Performance Marketing
  • Track and analyze KPIs, including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Report on performance and present optimization strategies to leadership.
AI-Driven Marketing & Automation
  • Leverage AI tools to improve lead scoring, personalization, and campaign optimization.
  • Automate workflows to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
Content & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with content and creative teams to develop high-converting assets (emails, landing pages, ads, blogs).
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with pipeline growth objectives.
Event & Integrated Marketing Support
  • Support lead generation efforts tied to events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Ensure effective post-event follow-up and nurture flows to maximize conversions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or K-12 technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Experience managing Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and demand generation strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
  • Strong writing skills, with experience in blog writing and email/newsletter content creation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
