Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Experience with Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Graphic design and website content management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and other channels.
• Create content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, website content, and promotional materials.
• Manage and grow enLabel's social media presence while monitoring and improving engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design or coordinate creation of graphics, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain website content and support ongoing website enhancements.
• Support trade shows, conferences, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
