Job summary

Meristem is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives across channels, develop materials, and support dealer partners and sales teams. You\'ll analyze performance, maintain digital content, and coordinate events to strengthen the Meristem brand and support growth.

The role collaborates with sales and marketing to ensure timely execution of campaigns, content updates, and events, with a focus on consistency and impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing marketing, sales, or customer-facing materials
• Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement annual marketing plans and strategic initiatives
• Develop and execute national and regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels and mediums
• Support the development of content and marketing materials aligned with strategic marketing goals and brand standards
• Coordinate campaign activities and timelines to support timely and effective execution
• Support dealer partners and field sales teams with tailored materials
• Maintain and update the Company website in collaboration with the marketing team
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Company events and trade shows
