Job summary

Meristem is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives across channels, develop materials, and support dealer partners and sales teams. You\'ll analyze performance, maintain digital content, and coordinate events to strengthen the Meristem brand and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing marketing, sales, or customer-facing materials
• Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data and provide actionable insights

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist supports Meristem’s marketing efforts by helping execute strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and communications across multiple channels. This role will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop marketing materials, support dealer partners and field sales teams, analyze marketing performance, maintain digital content, and coordinate events and other marketing activities. The Marketing Specialist will help ensure consistent, timely, and effective marketing communications that strengthen the Meristem brand and support continued business growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement annual marketing plans and strategic initiatives
• Develop and execute national and regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels and mediums
• Support the development of content and marketing materials aligned with strategic marketing goals and brand standards
• Coordinate campaign activities and timelines to support timely and effective execution

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and report on marketing performance data and key metrics
• Provide weekly insights and actionable recommendations to help optimize marketing efforts
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness
• Support dealer partners and field sales teams across Meristem’s sales territory by developing tailored sales and marketing materials
• Ensure dealer partners and sales teams have access to current marketing and product materials
• Coordinate the scheduling, production, printing, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Develop and distribute planned communications, including emails and text messages, to dealer partners
• Support the development of materials for monthly dealer partner training calls in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Support new dealer activation by coordinating marketing welcome kits and ensuring dealer information is incorporated into applicable Meristem-owned platforms

Content Development & Digital Support

• Assist with the development of marketing content across digital and traditional channels
• Support and manage content across multiple social media platforms
• Maintain and update the Company website in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure content remains accurate, current, and aligned with marketing objectives

Event Support

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Company events, including Breakthrough to Excellence, national sales meetings, and regional and national trade shows
• Coordinate marketing materials and other event-related needs to support successful execution

Additional Responsibilities

• Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other internal teams to support Company priorities and business growth
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
