Job summary

Hellbender Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute campaigns, create content across digital and print, and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to ensure a strong brand presence.

You will manage assets, track performance, and articulate Hellbender’s technology and customer impact, with a collaborative, detail‑oriented approach and a commitment to timely delivery from Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Experience managing digital marketing platforms and CMS.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in tech or manufacturing marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels.
• Use AI tools to draft assets, then refine for tone, accuracy, and brand fit.
• Create website content, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and sales collateral.
• Support go-to-market activities with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Maintain digital assets and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Contribute to content strategy and storytelling about Hellbender’s tech and impact.
• Support events, conferences, webinars, and customer outreach efforts.
• Track performance metrics and provide campaign insights.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to stay on brand and on schedule.
• Foster relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers.
