Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create videos featuring our team, customers, projects and culture.
• Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Create recruiting and customer campaigns.
• Help develop and protect the DiBiase brand.
• Create advertisements and creative concepts.
• Photograph and film technicians, projects, and events.
• Edit short-form and long-form video.
• Test new ideas and measure what works.
• Use AI to accelerate content and campaign development.
• Build marketing automations and repeatable workflows.
• Research competitors, markets and customer behavior.
