Position Summary:


We are looking for sharp, hands-on marketing professionals with strong instincts and a passion for results. This is a high-impact, generalist role ideal for someone who has had exposure to different marketing work environments and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You will support and shape key marketing initiatives across content, digital, and campaign strategy. You should bring both creative thinking and technical execution. Experience in financial services or consulting industry is a big plus. This role offers growth opportunities into team leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM for marketing activities, campaign tracking, segmentation, and lead workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and client needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Support (and potentially lead) junior team members, vendors, or agency partners.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide continuous flow of ideas and strategy.
  • Assist in preparing internal and client-facing presentations.
  • Participate in occasional travel for industry events, company meetings, or trainings.
  • Maintain a consistent, professional presence in our digital work environment- including being camera-ready, readily available during business hours, and working from a dedicated home office set up.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degreein Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of three (3) yearsof experience ideally within a professional service, consulting, or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success driving measurable outcomes including lead generation, campaign performance, and engagement.
  • Experienced with Salesforce CRM and marketing workflow tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with design tools; video and editing experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and digital performance metrics.
  • Excellentwritten, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with strong initiative who thrives oncollaborative, fast-paced teams.
  • Professional presenceand ability to communicate effectively acrossall levels of the company.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility inworking with teams located in various U.S. based time zones.

Job Type
: Full-time/ Exempt

Pay Scale:The base salary range for this role is $58,000.00-$70,000.00 per year. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses based on individual and company performance. Actual pay may be higher or lower dependent on several factors, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, level of responsibility, and geographic location.

Position Location: We are a digital organization offering the flexibility- and the privilege -of remote work, built on trust, accountability, and high engagement. Team members are expected to be fully focused during core working hours, just as they would be in a traditional office.


All employees are required to work from a dedicated home office set up which enables productive, distraction-free work. Public locations such as coffee shops, co-workspaces, or using unsecured Wi-Fi are not permitted. Because we operate in a real-time, collaborative environment, team members should be consistently available and camera-ready for meetings during the workday.

Travel:Minimal travel may be required for company events, trainings, or industry conferences.
