Job summary

Xpanner is seeking a hands-on Marketing Support professional to join our Santa Fe Springs team. You will work on-site four days a week, coordinating live events, managing digital marketing tasks, and assisting with creative production across our campaigns.

This role offers growth in a fast-paced, field-focused environment in Southern California. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand presence, drive paid media efforts, and ensure efficient asset management.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional marketing role, including 1+ year of experience in event coordination.
• Ability to work on-site four days per week in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
• Must be able to work in outdoor field conditions and lift, carry, and handle equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Founder’s mentality: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate live events, conferences, trade shows, demo yards, and related projects.
• Draft content and update across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the Xpanner site; support paid media campaigns.
• Assist with graphic design, photo/video shoots, and post-production to showcase technology in the field.
• Manage digital marketing assets and streamline workflows for cross-functional teams across CA and TX hubs.
