Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and other channels.
• Manage HubSpot including contacts, lists, workflows, emails, forms, and reporting.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing programs.
• Track leads, engagement, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
• Develop website copy and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with sales and management to support lead generation and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data within HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize performance.
• Research market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Support promotional campaigns and events as needed.

Looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, strengthen customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has hands-on marketing experience and is highly proficient with HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and other channels.
• Manage and maintain HubSpot, including contacts, lists, workflows, email campaigns, forms, and reporting.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing programs.
• Track leads, customer engagement, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
• Develop marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the sales and management teams to support lead generation and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect data within HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign results and make recommendations to improve performance.
• Research market trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
• Support promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
