About theRole

TheMarketing Specialist plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new team members, especially Loan Officers, as they join our company. Thisposition focuses on ensuring a smooth onboarding experience by setting upmarketing assets, providing personalized materials, and coordinating welcomeinitiatives

WhatYou’ll Do

• Create tailored marketing materials for new hires using our existing template library.
• Set up and customize new hire landing pages, and troubleshoot any related issues.
• Design and distribute custom email signatures and social media branding packages.
• Prepare and send welcome packages to new team members.
• Assist with office-related marketing tasks, including assembling swag bags for newhires and supporting team events or initiatives.
