About the Role

The Onboarding Associate is an important part of our team and helps create a positive experience for every new employee who joins Barrett. This is an entry level role with a strong focus on data entry and accuracy. You will support new hires through the onboarding process, coordinate required documentation, and help ensure smooth transitions for employees leaving the company. Your attention to detail keeps our internal processes running smoothly and helps new team members start strong.

What You’ll Do

• Review final onboardingdocuments for completeness and accuracy
• Contact new hires to followup on pending onboarding items
• Process daily onboarding forall approved loan officers
• Handle offboarding tasks forterminated employees and ensure all steps are completed correctly
• Set up new hires on facialrecognition systems and other required tools
• Collaborate with internalteams to ensure every new employee is equipped and supported from day one
• Maintain accurate onboardingand offboarding logs and tracking systems
• Provide friendly, timelycommunication to new hires and internal partners
