• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising, including performance monitoring and budget tracking.
• Experience creating and coordinating email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and turn findings into clear reports and practical recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage overlapping deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership, follow through independently, and communicate when requirements or priorities need clarification.

• Tracks campaign performance using Shopify, advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and other available data sources.
• Analyzes sales, conversions, email engagement, advertising efficiency, and customer purchasing trends.
• Prepares recurring reports and review presentations that explain results, identify opportunities, and recommend next steps.
• Checks data accuracy and clearly distinguishes sales channels, reporting periods, and attribution limitations.
• Supports campaign tracking, customer segmentation, and lead tagging.
• Coordinates campaign execution across email, paid advertising, website content, and supporting materials.
• Maintains project status and deadlines in the team's project management system.
• Works with sales to align campaign messaging and materials with customer needs.
• Documents workflows, campaign settings, and reporting processes to maintain continuity.
