Qualifications

• Five+ years in a similar marketing role within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Minor website management skills.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to deliver marketing material under tight timelines.
• Willingness to work a variable schedule including early mornings or weekends.
• High accuracy in visual content and written communications.
• Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for newsletters, press releases, social media, brochures, and emails aligned with marketing goals.
• Oversee digital marketing content, video production, and social assets.
• Manage updates to the company website reflecting projects and achievements.
• Coordinate photography sessions for headshots, projects, and assets.
• Maintain brand identity across apparel, cards, signage, and banners.
• Coordinate with external vendors and freelance designers for quality work.
• Support jobsite marketing including signage and on-site materials.
• Assist in developing the annual Marketing Plan and related training.
• Conduct strategic research and analyze marketing performance data.
• Lead proposal development and content integration for RFPs/RFQs.
• Support business development via CRM updates, client research, and testimonials.
• Plan and produce branded client gifts.
