Job summary

ProMach is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Flexibles & Trays Group in the United States. The role focuses on creating campaigns, producing sales collateral, and optimizing content with SEO/AEO to drive demand across channels.

You will partner with multiple brands and internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts, manage vendors, and support trade shows and events. A 1–3 year background in B2B manufacturing marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience in a B2B manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute campaigns to promote new equipment and aftermarket offerings, driving sales growth across customer segments.
  • Support development, scheduling, distribution, and tracking of marketing collateral (sales sheets, line cards, brochures, catalogs, photos, videos, presentations).
  • Create and optimize website content using SEO/AEO, PPC and remarketing; distribute via social media and email to drive demand and visibility.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships for branding, advertising, search marketing, and PR.
  • Contribute to marketing plan and budget development and ensure proper implementation.
  • Plan brand-specific meetings, events, and trade shows (logistics, pre-, during, post-show communications).
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across product brands in all mediums.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across brands to align marketing with business objectives.

Job description

ProMach is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Flexibles & Trays Group.
  • Create and execute campaigns that promote new equipment and aftermarket/service offerings, driving sales growth across active and inactive customer segments.
  • Support the creation, development, scheduling, distribution, and tracking of marketing collateral, including sales sheets, spec sheets, line cards, brochures, catalogs, photos, videos, presentations, and more, to support sales team efforts for customers and channel partners.
  • Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and microsites, using SEO, AEO, PPC, and remarketing, and distribute it through social media and email marketing to drive demand generation and visibility across traditional and AI-driven search.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships for branding, advertising, search marketing, and public relations.
  • Participate in the marketing plan and budget development and ensure proper implementation of activities and spending.
  • Support in the planning of the Flexible Packaging Group brand-specific meetings, events, and trade shows (including logistics, pre-, at-, and post-show marketing communications and reporting).
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums, including but not limited to print, digital, documentation, machinery, and apparel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across multiple brands to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of marketing or related experience, preferably in a B2B manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for web, blog, and sales/marketing collateral.
  • Working knowledge of how to implement SEO and AEO for digital content, improving visibility in both traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM systems is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively to meet deadlines and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment with input from different departments and levels within the organization.
  • Ability to travel up to fifteen (15) percent.
