Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging short- and long-form marketing content, including social media posts, emails, website copy, blog articles, promotional materials, and other marketing communications.
  • Assist with development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Manage planning and execution of trade shows and conferences, including logistics, materials, communications, lead coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Support website content maintenance and product/campaign pages, resources and event information.
  • Support social media, digital campaigns, content distribution, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report basic marketing performance metrics across email, web, social media, campaigns, and events.
  • Coordinate assets, timelines, communications, and deliverables for integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, project trackers, and other resources.

The Opportunity

As part of this global organization, the Vice of Manufacturing Operations is a key member of our senior leadership team. This transformational operations leader will have demonstrated success as a senior operating executive with a complex global business with $100-$300M of revenue in a competitive technology-based industry. Must have had success with driving bottom line cost management and integration of fragmented operations and systems. Must be execution focused, action oriented and possess a high sense of urgency. Will partner with other executive leaders in the organization and measure and track improvement in key operational processes with a focus on developing and executive action plans to address deficiencies.

We are seeking a motivated, highly organized Marketing Specialist to support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including content creation, email marketing, events, website management, digital marketing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging short- and long‑form marketing content, including social media posts, emails, website copy, blog articles, promotional materials, and other marketing communications.

  • Marketing Reporting: Track and report on basic marketing performance metrics across email, web, social media, campaigns, and events. Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Campaign Support: Coordinate assets, timelines, communications, and deliverables for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, project trackers, and other resources.
  • Assist with additional marketing projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.
