Job summary

Aramark Marketing Specialist supports WXG Marketing in developing consumer-facing communications, tools and activations to drive field execution, engagement and sales. Based at Aramark Headquarters in Philadelphia with in-office expectation, you will focus on guest amenities and retail solutions across workplace cafés and custom dining environments.

The role requires a marketing degree and 2–4 years of experience, with strong creative sensibility and a track record of delivering projects on time

• Strategic Tool Development: Create marketing tools, assets, and resources that support initiatives focused on profitable growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver results.
• Agency Oversight: Manage external agency projects to ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives are completed on schedule and stay within budget.
• Program Evaluation: Ensure marketing concepts & innovation are backed by strong business cases and deliver measurable results.
• Training & Enablement: Communicate and support employee training of programs and promotions to ensure successful field implementation.
• Consumer - Centric Focus: Keep consumer needs at the forefront by integrating trends and insights into marketing strategies, tools, communication and execution.
• Field Engagement: Collaborate with field operations, marketing and sales teams to gather insights and feedback that inform future strategy and execution.

The Marketing Specialist supports the Workplace Experience Group (WXG) Marketing Team in developing consumer-facing communications, tools and activations that drive field execution, engagement and sales. Focused on guest amenities and retail solutions across workplace cafés and custom dining environments, the role brings marketing strategies and concepts to life through targeted programming, communications and innovative experiences that generate client and consumer demand. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and hospitality, with a strong interest in creating engaging dining experiences that delight guests and strengthen client partnerships. The position is based at Aramark Headquarters in Philadelphia with an in-office expectation.
