Role Description

This is a full-time REMOTE role. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging in customer service and sales activities. Role Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and engaging in customer service and sales activities. Daily tasks include crafting marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, communicating with customers, and supporting the sales team to maximize outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with integration and referral partners
  • Coordinate content creation for blogs, webinars, email drops, and social posts
  • Manage creative assets, copywriting, and design briefs for joint campaigns
  • Own campaign timelines, approvals, and performance tracking
  • Support GTM launches of new integrations or partner activations
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Program Manager to enable content for affiliates
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and conversions
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming partner promotions and launches
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, campaign management or client services
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent copywriting and content collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Canva, Streamyard, etc.
  • Bonus: experience with email marketing, martech tools, or ESPs
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams
  • Tool Integration: Sync HubSpot/Salesforce with ZeroBounce’s validation API for automated list cleaning.

Collaboration

  • Product Alignment: Promote new features (e.g., Activity Data) in campaigns to drive upsells.
  • Co-Marketing: Partner with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp) on joint webinars about deliverability best practices.

Preferred

  • Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot Email Marketing, or similar.
  • Industry Experience: SaaS, email deliverability, or martech tools.
