We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist with banking experience to support brand awareness and marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement. This position assists with campaign execution, event planning, digital content, and reporting efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
• Manage and schedule content for social media, email, and internal communications.
• Support event coordination, including webinars and community events.
• Maintain marketing records, files, and brand assets.
• Help prepare and edit marketing content across various media types.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, media, and promotional materials.
• Track and report on marketing performance and campaign results.
• Monitor and maintain internal tools such as survey platforms and statement systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of marketing experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Basic understanding of banking products and services.
• Strong communication skills; Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
