Job summary

Galaxy Lifts, a branded manufacturer and marketer of powered cargo and passenger lifts, seeks a Marketing Specialist to lead technical copywriting, email campaigns, and web content. You will coordinate trade shows, create sales materials, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and operations, and requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing, including paid search and SEO, is a plus.
• Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Local to Mabank, TX or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop industry-specific marketing content with a heavy focus on technical copywriting and proofreading.
• Plan, execute, and monitor B2B email marketing campaigns and segmentation.
• Support website content creation, including designing and updating new landing pages.
• Manage end-to-end trade show logistics, including planning, booth coordination, on-site team support, and post-event follow-up.
• Create and design customized sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product/solution spotlights, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Capture and edit photos/videos for customer visits and company events.
• Serve as key liaison with external vendors and outside marketing resources.
• Maintain marketing publication calendar and track performance metrics across channels.
• Manage social media content creation, engagement, and strategy.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is highly organized and has extreme attention to detail. This marketing team member will handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.?The marketing specialist supports the critical functions of the department with a proven understanding of marketing foundations and digital communication.?This strategic team member reports to the Marketing Manager and must be computer savvy with a passion for learning and willingness to tackle new challenges.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of marketing experience required, preferably in a B2B environment
• Understanding of digital marketing, including paid search and SEO, is a plus
• Basic photography and videography skills are a plus
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Semrush, general AI-tools, HubSpot (or other CRM platforms), and HubSpot Marketing is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative thinker willing to explore and brainstorm new ideas as a team
• Portfolio of print, digital, and marketing campaign samples is a plus.
• Open to occasional travel as needed
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with sales teams, operations, and customers
