Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a marketing specialist with 2+ years of experience for a contract opportunity with a retail organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST and offers the chance to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

You will translate go-to-market strategies into measurable programs, manage and submit creative briefs across email, SMS, in-store screens, website banners, video, and POS, and review all creative during the development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficient with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Experience writing creative briefs translating objectives into assets.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing across paid, earned, and owned channels.

Responsibilities:

• Translate go‑to‑market strategies into measurable programs, ensuring campaigns and activations are executed on time and with precision.
• Manage and submit creative briefs for daily communications across multiple channels, including email, SMS, in‑store screens, website banners, video, and customer‑facing POS screens.
• Review and approve all creative within the creative iterative process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Proficient in Project Management tools such as Monday.com or related software.
• Experience writing creative briefs with the intention of translating business objectives into creative assets.
• Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners.

Experience:

• 2+ years of working experience in marketing and/or marketing space

Employment Type:

3-4 month contract

Compensation:

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
