What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation of visually stunning, user-friendly web pages and landing pages aligned with ClearStar branding.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels-from social media, email, to web.
  • Analyze campaign data to maximize engagement, performance, and ROI.
  • Craft compelling written and visual content for email, social media, newsletters, and more.
  • Take ownership of our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring trends, and responding to interactions.
  • Collaborate with executives to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life on time and on budget.
  • Support cross-functional projects that drive lead generation, sales enablement, and brand growth.

️What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress/HTML/CSS, and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Solid experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and campaign automation a plus
  • Experience in B2B software or background screening industries? Even better.
  • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
