Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, paid media, webinars, events) aligned to CSS priorities.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and materials for on‑time execution.
• Support localization and deployment of global campaigns across target segments and regions.
• Develop foundational marketing activities including market landscaping, VOC initiatives, and UVP messaging.
• Coordinate content with SMEs and writers to produce case studies, presentations, and assets.
• Track KPIs (engagement, lead generation) and provide recommendations to improve ROI.

**Marketing Specialist****Location: Bridgewater, NJ or in Philadelphia, PA preferred with minimal travel****Position Summary:**The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing programs for Catalent’s Clinical & Specialty Services (CSS) portfolio, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial effectiveness.This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality, customer-focused marketing initiatives aligned to CSS strategic priorities.
