A leader in the home services industry is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Brentwood, MO for a full-time, hybrid/remote position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between marketing and field teams to identify opportunities and align priorities.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize email marketing efforts, including segmentation and performance analysis.
• Oversee brand touchpoints to ensure consistency across all media and infield experiences.
• Lead planning and execution of events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within the home services industry such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or roofing.
• Hands-on experience with Service Titan’s Marketing Pro is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for automation of marketing processes.
• Strong background in executing multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, and direct mail.
