Job Juncture is seeking a Special Projects Lead in Marketing & Business Development to shape strategy, tell powerful stories, and win meaningful work from Seattle and beyond.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive growth, craft narratives, and elevate the organization’s marketplace presence, combining strategy, storytelling, and business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated results.
  • Experience in an architecture or engineering firm.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong design sensibility, typography and layout, open to feedback.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do

Lead direct-to-client pursuits that position the organization to win work

Develop persuasive, well-written content for print and digital platforms

Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing collateral

Prepare interview and presentation materials that support business development efforts

Collaborate with senior leaders on marketing strategy and special initiatives

Support participation in relevant client organizations and industry associations

What You Bring -Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field

10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated results

Must have experience working in an architecture or engineering firm

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Strong design sensibility, including typography and layout, with openness to feedback

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with confidence

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft applications

A robust portfolio showcasing creative, strategic marketing work across platforms
