Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft in Omaha, NE is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to own and elevate our social media and marketing presence. You’ll grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and tell the SERVPRO Team Toft story across multiple locations.

You will manage and grow social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more, creating engaging content and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves events, campaigns, and collaboration with leadership and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

SERVPRO Team Toft is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, creative, and driven to make an impact.

This is more than a posting job. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of our social media and marketing presence, grow our audience, strengthen our brand, and help tell the SERVPRO Team Toft story across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop content that highlights our employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishments
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities
• Attend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and content
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Track social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement
• Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detail

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software is a plus
