Job summary

SERVPRO Team Toft is seeking a responsive recruiter Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow social media across Omaha and surrounding locations. You’ll create engaging content, highlight people and community involvement, and ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms.

The role requires 2+ years in social media/marketing, strong writing, and the ability to balance multiple projects. Join us to enhance our online presence and support marketing goals in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms.
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Develop content highlighting employees, community, culture, and accomplishments.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across locations and platforms.
• Support campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities.
• Attend company events to capture photos, videos, and content.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts.
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and recommend improvements.

SERVPRO Team Toft is looking for a Responsive recruiter Marketing & Social Media Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple locations and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Develop content that highlights our employees, customers, community involvement, projects, company culture, and accomplishments
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all locations and platforms
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and community activities
• Attend company and community events to capture photos, videos, and content
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotional efforts
• Monitor engagement, trends, and performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Track social media and marketing results and look for ways to increase reach and engagement
• Work closely with leadership and the sales team to support overall marketing goals
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices
• Manage multiple priorities, locations, platforms, and deadlines without losing attention to detail

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• Experience managing business social media accounts preferred
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, video editing tools, or similar marketing software is a plus
