Job summary

MYgroup is seeking an Account Manager in Charlotte, NC to join our sales and marketing team. You will act as the primary client contact, manage databases and CRM, and drive on-brand campaigns across platforms.

Travel may be required as we support client implementations and health fairs. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in marketing or related field and 5+ years in account management or marketing, with strong copywriting and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.
• Five+ years' experience in account management or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage databases and account management software.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns and website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client organizations.
• Manage CRM and database tasks.
• Distribute promotional materials and respond to client requests.
• Ensure timely, on-brand communications and follow-ups.
• Prepare quarterly utilization reports and interpret results.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Support website updates to maintain brand consistency.
• Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new clients and teams.
• Assist with sales proposals and RFP responses.
• Provide leads to sales team for consulting solutions.
