AM Cabinets Inc. is seeking a Construction Sales driven individual who is highly motivated and a self-starter to join our team. The role focuses on retaining existing customers while growing sales and developing new business opportunities in the construction sector.

You will meet with clients, read blueprints, articulate value, and collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals. This position emphasizes relationship building and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, public relations, or related field.
• Construction industry background preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
• Great organization and planning ability.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Retention of existing customer base with continued sales growth.
• Source and grow sales with new business opportunities.
• Meet with customers to build relationships and sell jobs; keep us fresh in our customer’s minds.
• Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner.
• Assist in driving marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with teams to meet business plan.
