This position is ideal for an experienced architectural millwork professional who understands both the technical and operational sides of commercial projects. You will work closely with contractors, field foremen, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are properly documented, materials are ordered accurately, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and field crews are prepared for successful installation.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while directing others and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
Candidates with direct experience managing commercial architectural millwork projects involving custom casework, cabinetry, panels, fixtures, and related architectural finishes are strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating directly with general contractors, architects, field foremen, installers, vendors, and subcontractors is also highly valued.
