This role requires a dynamic individual to drive lead generation through effective communication, organization, and teamwork, enabling the company to engage homeowners directly at various local events.
In a one-day-sales model, real-time lead flow is oxygen. Your mission is to build and run a nonstop calendar of home-shows, county fairs, senior expos, and pop-ups that fill our pipeline with ready-to-buy homeowners—and to prove it with tight metrics.
Event discovery & booking– hunt down the highest-ROI events across Central Arkansas, negotiate fees, and lock in a 12-month calendar.
Booth logistics– plan layouts, arrange freight, supervise on-site set-up/tear-down (yes, you’ll roll up your sleeves).
Talent bench– recruit, onboard, schedule, and coach brand ambassadors who capture attention—and appointments.
Lead generation– drive in-booth demos, contests, and QR opt-ins that convert to same-day in-home consultations.
Post-show follow-through– work every contest entry and warm lead until it’s on a rep’s calendar.
Score-keeping– track cost per lead, demo-to-sale rate, and marketing ROI; present results weekly.
Magnetic communicator who can stop foot traffic with a smile.
Proven planner who juggles 5+ events/weekend without dropping details.
Coach who energizes part-time staff and hits daily appointment quotas.
Physically able to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods; weekends are game days.
Bonus points for home-improvement, home-show, or canvassing experience.
