THE DIFFERENCE THAT YOU'LL MAKE

As a Marketing - Sales Admin Assistant, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents, handling inquiries and conducting tours, both in-person and virtually. You'll collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth transition for new move-ins, updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with essential information and communications. Your role involves supporting office functions, managing resident admission paperwork, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. You'll handle incoming calls, maintain confidentiality, and assist with programming pendants and key fobs for residents. Your commitment to hospitality will help ensure a positive experience for everyone.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PART-TIME MARKETING - SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT?

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who can work this part-time position with approximately 16-24 hours available per week while meeting the following qualifications:

  • Weekend availability
  • Confident in talking with potential customers, residents, families, and the general public
  • Great listener
  • A self-starter with a "can-do," positive mental attitude
  • Ability to generate strategic sales and marketing plans and tactics
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work independently to achieve goals
  • Ability to effectively communicate and clearly present information verbally and in writing, and interpret complex information
  • Ability to use a personal computer and other office equipment
