Job summary

JPMorganChase in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Marketing Copy Review Analyst within the Card and Connected Commerce team to review marketing creatives for regulatory compliance and support automation initiatives.

You will partner with marketing, Legal, and compliance, providing guidance on regulations, maintaining controls, and helping transform marketing operations while delivering accurate risk-based decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in advertising controls, regulatory compliance, risk, or audit
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels
• Experience in a highly regulated industry with understanding of advertising/marketing practices across various channels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach and relationship-building skills
• Results-oriented with attention to detail
• Sound judgment for risk-based decision making
• Ability to prioritize and organize materials to meet deadlines

As a Marketing Copy Review Analyst in the Card and Connected Commerce team, you will review marketing creatives to validate compliance with marketing and advertising regulations. You will foster and maintain relationships with marketing product teams, collaborate with Legal and compliance partners, and participate in transformation initiatives focused on automation and simplification. This role is integral to maintaining strong controls and supporting a culture of compliance and innovation.
