We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on executional Market Researcher to support the Product Marketing Global Consumer Insights Team at a leading multinational e-commerce company.
- This Is Fully Remote, 6 month + Contract Role offers the opportunity to work on forward-thinking, customer-centric Research Strategies that directly shape Go-to-Market Initiatives.
- Preferred Applicants on the West or East Coast.
- Candidates From E-Commerce, Product Marketing, or Consumer Package Goods Is Highly Preferred.
- Hourly Rate: $60hr.
Responsibilities:
- In this new role, you’ll collaborate with Internal Teams and Third-Party Vendors to develop and execute Agile Research Projects that guide Product Marketing efforts.
- You’ll help define innovative insights solutions, leverage AI Tools for fast-turn feedback, and influence decision-making at a global scale.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to develop insights strategies focused on Value Propositions, Naming, Claims Evaluation, Marketing Communications, and Post-Launch feedback.
- Conduct Stakeholder Interviews to gather requirements and build project plans for Strategic Marketing Initiatives.
- Partner with Internal Research Operations and External Vendors to implement streamlined, Plug-and-Play Insights Solutions.
- Integrate AI Tools to accelerate Research Workflows and deliver timely insights.
- Lead and execute Go-to-Market Research in partnership with Product Marketing and Global Consumer Insights Teams.
- Translate Research findings into actionable insights & strategic recommendations.
- Recommend new methodologies, tools, and platforms to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Market Research with a track record of building and scaling insights capabilities, pre and post feedback launch, social listening.
- Deep understanding of Agile Qualitative and Quantitative Research methods.
- Experience using AI for research execution and insight generation.
- Proficient in using social listening tools to capture and analyze post-launch feedback.
- Strong expertise in research design, including survey writing, sampling plans, and study development.
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to complete a case study as part of the interview process.
