Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is hiring a Marketing Representative to boost brand awareness and growth in our sales territory. You will meet new people, communicate clearly, and work toward ambitious sales goals.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in direct sales, a marketing or business background, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role includes base pay plus commissions and room for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders through daily marketing calls.
• Increase brand awareness by marketing events and CE classes.
• Document daily marketing calls and track lead activity and opportunities using marketing software.
• Provide management with revenue updates and territory reports.
• Aim to exceed sales territory goals consistently.
