We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our marketing team! Previous sales/canvassing experience is a bonus, but no experience is necessary. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible.

Our Marketing Representatives generate leads through canvassing and running events and shows. This is a job for top-notch communicators who are just as good at listening as they are at talking.

What You Will Be Doing:

• NO SALES, just setting appointments for the Sales Team.
• Travel to and from your residence to assigned neighborhoods within our Cincinnati territory.
• Understand our products and services to educate homeowners.
• Approaching homeowners and speaking with them about their windows, baths, & doors.
• Report to our office in Blue Ash for training and meetings as requested.

• Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great team.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary!
• Positive attitude through rejection!

Must Be:

• Comfortable working weekends and evening shifts (40-hour work week)
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time. 5 to 7 miles per day.
• Have Reliable Transportation
• A High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
