Job summary

Neishloss & Fleming, LLC is seeking a driven recruiter to recruit and engage independent insurance agents to grow their business with the firm. You will learn from mentors within a close-knit team and have opportunities for growth in a fast-growing company.

Ideal candidates bring a recruitment background, initiative, teamwork, and strong communication. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship building, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

  • Basic computer skills (typing, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies to partner with Neishloss & Fleming
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, social media, and other lead-generation activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing agents
  • Educate agents on available Medicare, Life, and Health insurance products and carrier opportunities
  • Schedule and conduct recruiting presentations and introductory meetings
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to support agent growth initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities within CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly recruiting and activity goals
  • Attend industry events, webinars, conferences, and training sessions as needed
  • Follow all company, carrier, and regulatory guidelines related to agent recruitment and contracting

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of recruiting, sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition experience preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or agency recruitment experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship‑building, and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire for professional growth
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working in a call‑driven or metrics‑based environment preferred
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems for lead management and relationship tracking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Comfortable working toward recruiting and performance goals
