Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in social services, marketing, communications, or a closely related field.
• Strong preference for demonstrated track record in recruitment, volunteer management, community organizing, chamber of commerce/business development or sales.
• Good written and verbal skills and proficiency with social media, electronic health records, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and licensing processes for foster parents.
• Drive marketing and manage Gateway’s social media outreach.
• Provide leadership and coaching to staff and foster parents.
• Develop innovative ideas for outreach to engage potential resource parents.
