Job summary

Valor Communities is offering a Marketing & Real Estate Internship across the Southeast. This on-site, hands-on program lets you learn real estate, marketing, and sales by working with our teams at model homes and in the field.

You will assist with marketing materials, social media, events, and networking with industry professionals, gaining practical experience for your resume.

Qualifications

• Majors in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate or related fields.
• Outgoing, reliable and comfortable talking with people.
• Interested in real estate, branding, social media or events.

Responsibilities

• Assist at model homes and sales centers.
• Set up flags, signage and community marketing materials.
• Help with social media content, photos, simple graphics, and lifestyle highlights.
• Support events, open houses, agent tours, and grand openings.
• Learn how ads, billboards, websites, Google listings, MLS, and SEO work.
• Act as a community ambassador and local expert on nearby amenities.

Looking for an internship where you actuallydo things, not just sit behind a desk?
Valor Communities is hiring Marketing & Real Estate Interns to support our new home communities across the Southeast. This is a hands-on, on-site internship where you’ll learn real estate, marketing, and sales alongside our teams in the field.

Internship Details

• Pay: $15/hour
• Duration: 8–10 weeks
• Hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Requirement: Interns must be in the process of obtaining their real estate license/or already have it
