Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, proposal support, or administrative coordination
• Experience with proposals, CRM systems, events, or marketing coordination is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce SOQs, proposals, interview materials, and presentations; track deadlines and organize RFP/RFQ documents
• Maintain proposal templates, checklists, and processes; support branding materials and marketing assets
• Maintain CRM data: client contacts, pursuit information, and follow-up activities; support BD with leads research
• Plan and coordinate industry events, conferences, and client functions; assist with logistics and materials
• Keep marketing and BD files organized; support process improvements across marketing and proposal workflows
