Shape Winning Pursuits is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator for our Tampa, FL office. You will join the marketing and business development team to craft high-quality pursuit materials that showcase the firm’s transportation engineering capabilities and competitive strengths.

The role emphasizes coordinating proposals, maintaining libraries, and aligning content with solicitation requirements while supporting interview materials and strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing/proposal coordination experience within the AEC industry.
• Experience supporting transportation infrastructure pursuits, including FDOT proposals.
• Strong writing, editing and organizational skills; ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate proposal development for FDOT, municipal and public-sector pursuits.
• Prepare Letters of Response, Statements of Qualifications, RFQs and RFPs.
• Develop project descriptions, staff resumes, project sheets and org charts.
• Maintain SF330 submittals and qualification packages.
• Coordinate with technical staff and leadership to gather content and ensure compliance.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines and production activities.
• Support interview preparation, presentations and pursuit strategy.
• Maintain marketing databases and proposal libraries; ensure branding consistency.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the marketing and business development team, you will coordinate and develop high-quality pursuit materials that showcase the firm's technical expertise and competitive advantages.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate proposal development efforts for FDOT, municipal, county, and other public-sector pursuits.
• Prepare and assemble Letters of Response (LORs), Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), RFQs, RFPs, and other pursuit-related documents.
• Develop and maintain project descriptions, staff resumes, project sheets, and organizational charts.
• Prepare and update SF330 submittals and qualifications packages.
• Coordinate with technical staff, project managers, and leadership to gather content and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and production activities to ensure timely submissions.
• Support interview preparation, presentation development, and pursuit strategy efforts.
• Maintain marketing databases, proposal libraries, and qualification materials.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect the firm's brand, quality standards, and commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of marketing/proposal coordination experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
• Strong experience supporting transportation infrastructure pursuits, including FDOT and local government proposals.
