Kimley-Horn is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Coral Gables team in Florida. This on-site role supports proposals, communications, and marketing material development with a focus on content accuracy and stakeholder coordination.

The position requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and 1+ year of experience. Traveling may be required to support events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or other relevant major.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Adobe InDesign.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

• Interview subject matter experts and write/edit technical content for target audiences.
