Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall is seeking part-time, flexible staff to support promotions and events in Kentucky. You will greet guests, explain current promotions, and assist with prize drawings and event setup. Training includes complying with gaming regulations and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Eligible applicants must be 18+, enjoy interacting with diverse guests, and be able to stand for shifts. Benefit from weekly pay and potential bonuses; prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality.
• Comfortable talking with lots of different people.
• Reliable and dependable when scheduled.
• Clear speaking voice; comfortable using a microphone is a plus.
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to pass a background check and meet any licensing requirements.
• Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
