Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Bowling Green, KY seeks friendly, energetic team members for part-time promotions support. You’ll greet guests, answer questions about current promotions, and help run events and prize drawings with a fun, engaging atmosphere.

Hours vary with promotions; you’ll need reliability, a clear speaking voice, and comfort speaking to many people. This role is 18+, with pre-employment requirements and potential licensing as needed.

• Outgoing, friendly personality with positive attitude
• Comfortable talking with lots of different people
• Reliable and dependable when scheduled, able to pass pre-employment requirements

These are as-needed Part Time positions intended to provide flexible support during promotions and special events. Please note that hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on business needs and promotional schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests with a warm, energetic welcome
• Engage with guests on the floor and answer questions about current promotions

• Keep a positive, fun atmosphere during events
• Follow all company policies and gaming regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality
• Comfortable talking with lots of different people
• Reliable and dependable when scheduled
• Clear speaking voice; comfortable using a microphone is a plus
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift
• Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to pass all pre-employment requirements.
• Must be able to meet any licensing requirements.
• Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy
