Qualifications

• Five+ years leading marketing project management or PM functions.
• Proven cross-functional coordination without direct authority.
• Experience with marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with marketing PM tools (Asana, monday.com, Wrike, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing PM function and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end marketing project management from scoping to delivery.
• Translate strategy into structured project plans and manage risks.
• Oversee budget planning, tracking, and reporting to leadership.
• Build and maintain a centralized repository for marketing projects.
• Foster collaboration and professional growth within the team.
