Job summary

XION, a fast-growing tech scale-up based in New York, is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end marketing project management for high-growth campaigns in blockchain and crypto. You will coordinate creative concepts, content, social media, events and PR to deliver impact with a bias for innovation and execution.

You will streamline workflows, enforce robust briefing, track milestones, manage risk, and secure timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing/tech.
• Experience with blockchain/crypto campaigns.
• Proficient with Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize marketing project workflows.
• Enforce comprehensive briefing processes.
• Track milestones and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks or blockers and propose solutions.
• Obtain timely approvals and updates.
• Contribute creative solutions for social content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, agencies, and technical teams.
• Provide data-driven status reports to the C-Suite.
