Qualifications

• 5–7 years minimum experience in senior design roles, agency or in-house.
• Expertise across branding, events, social media, advertising, viral content, video and motion graphics.
• Proficiency with design tools and AI design tools (MidJourney, Veo3).

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative, brand and design output across social, video, events and product platforms.
• Define and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency and innovation.
• Build and implement design systems to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering to deliver user-centric experiences.
• Manage internal and external designers and agencies, driving quality and accountability.
• Deliver high-impact campaigns blending storytelling with executional excellence.
