Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in events marketing, brand partnerships or experiential marketing, ideally within crypto, technology, sports, or entertainment.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with external vendors and event partners.
• Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones.

• Manage guest list, staffing coordination, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate sponsorship agreements, purchase orders, and invoices.
