Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Three to four years of relevant marketing, communications, or project coordination experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning work, coordinating contributors, managing timelines and approvals, and driving projects through completion.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Clear writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience developing marketing materials and coordinating internal contributors or outside vendors.
• Ability to learn technical products and work effectively with sales, operations, and HR teams.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, common marketing tools, and project tracking systems.
• Manufacturing or B2B marketing experience preferred.
• Approximately 2–3 days per month working at the Winsted location.
• Approximately one additional week of travel per year.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Project Management: manage day-to-day execution of marketing projects, coordinating contributors, deadlines, reviews, and approvals.
• Marketing Execution: maintain the shared marketing project and Rock tracker across CP, Transportation & Infrastructure (T&I), and companywide initiatives.
• Circular Products Marketing Support & Presentations: develop materials for CP team, including business reviews and sales presentations.
• Create and update CP sales materials, case studies, customer stories, website content, and other marketing assets.
• Coordinate creative partners and internal reviews to ensure brand consistency and on-time delivery.
• Support recruiting campaigns, events, and materials within the marketing strategy.
