Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Repurpose to help grow the global seating portfolio. You will shape product direction, manage lifecycle, and improve profitability for refurbished and resale offerings.

Collaborating with sales, design, and operations, you will develop plans, identify market opportunities, guide pricing, and create sales tools to maximize value across the repurpose product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing, Business Administration, or Interior Design preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in circular economy, refurbishment, resale, or reverse logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops product plans and strategies for seating and repurpose lines.
• Defines market opportunities for repurpose offerings.
• Leads pricing and discounting to maximize profit.
• Supports reverse logistics and inventory tracking.
• Creates product sales support and training materials.
• Conducts research with customers and stakeholders to guide strategy.
