Part-Time Executive Partner (Virtual Assistant)

We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Partner to support a busy tattoo artist and coach. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who thrives in client communication, social media management, and operational support.

• Client Booking & Communication (Top Priority)
• Manage client flow via GHL (email + text), screen inquiries, schedule/confirm appointments, send prep + aftercare info.
• Content & Social Media Support
• Post 3x/day on IG, assist with YouTube content (CapCut + Google Drive), manage DMs, organize media, and help with captions.
• Track inventory + orders (Shopify), respond to customer emails, and update product listings monthly.
• Coaching Program Support
• Help onboard students (Kajabi), send weekly updates, track engagement, and assist with payment/contracts.
• Proficient in GHL, Shopify, Instagram, YouTube, Kajabi
• Strong communicator (especially via email/text)
• Detail-oriented and self-driven

RATE : $6-$8 Per hour, depending on Skills & Experience
